The Emmanuelle 4 movie has two milder PG-13 rated and R rated versions, and it has at least two more explicit versions that are basically an NC-17 version and a hardcore version with extended sex scenes with side characters that weren't the main actors. I guess there are at least 5 versions of this film, and the initial release of the film in theaters in France was the one with explicit sex.
